Word document corrupt due to unknown cause.
Cause:
Unknown.
Solution:
Select the document contents and copy into the Clipboard. Paste into a new document.
Copy the document to a new file:
1) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Select All...'. (The document is highlighted.)
2) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Copy'. (The file is copied into the Clipboard.)
3) Do one of the following:
a) Open a new document in Word:
1] Select the 'File' menu in Word and select 'New'.
2] Open the 'New Document' icon to create a new file.
3] Select the 'File' menu and select 'Paste'.
b) Open WordPad or Notepad and paste the document.
